Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking a Customer Focus Planner in Scherpenzeel, Netherlands. In this full-time role, you will coordinate with customer service teams across EMEA to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include optimizing inventory, scheduling products, and improving logistical processes.

The ideal candidate has an MBO level in logistics, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of German and experience with JDE and MS Office are advantageous.

Position: Customer Focus Planner

Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer service teams within EMEA to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and with the correct quantity.
• Collaborate with planning departments in Scherpenzeel and Craigavon to meet production planning targets.
• Optimize available inventory and lead times by reallocating customer orders to inventory and production orders.
• Schedule products by setting delivery times based on available capacity and critical materials.
• Respond to planning changes, production fluctuations, and delivery issues; coordinate with MPS and shop‑floor planners to optimize scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for logistical improvements and lead or participate in improvement projects (e.g., enhancing inventory or service to internal customers).

Qualifications

• MBO level in logistics (by education and/or experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and logistics.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Stress resilient, self‑starter, accurate, and numerically insightful.
• Good command of English (German is an advantage) in both speaking and writing.
