Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Haarlem flagship, full-time, including a weekend day. You will represent the brand story, coach the team, and drive shop performance to reach commercial targets.

Working with the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example, manage stock and admin tasks, and create a welcoming environment for customers while upholding our values and standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about MR MARVIS.
• Strong personality, flexible and representative.
• Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team.
• Customer- and service-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Tech savvy and able to work a laptop.
• Experience with KPIs and improving them.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your team and customers with MR MARVIS values and act as brand ambassador.
• Maintain the store’s look and feel inside and out.
• Organise events taking place in the shop.
• Manage, coach and motivate the shop team.

• Hire new style advisors and conduct interviews.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager in our MR MARVIS store in Haarlem, who is available fulltime, including a weekend day. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.

What’s On Your Typical To-do List

• Inspiring your team and customers with MR MARVIS’ values and carrying out the brand story as an ambassador;
• Maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out;
• Organising events taking place in the shop;
• Managing, coaching and motivating the shop team;
• Being responsible for achieving the shop’s commercial targets;
• Playing an active role in improving KPIs;
• Hiring new style advisors and conducting job interviews;
• Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand;
• In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative;
• You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;
• Customer- and service-oriented;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
• You are tech savvy and can work a laptop;
• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;
• Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.
