Job summary

Sterisets International, based in Oss, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the daily link between our customers and the organization. You will handle inquiries, keep customers informed about orders, and ensure follow-up on agreements.

You will work closely with Sales Managers and internal departments (Planning and Production) to translate customer needs into concrete actions, recording commitments to avoid any loss of information.

Qualifications

• MBO+ working and thinking level or comparable.
• Excellent command of English, (and preferably Spanish).
• Strong communication skills, both written and by phone.
• A customer oriented mindset.
• A pro-active approach: you pick things up before you are asked.
• Maintain accuracy, even during periods of high demand.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage your time effectively.
• A process oriented way of working.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming customer emails and making sure every question gets a clear answer
• Handling customer calls and taking care of the follow-up that comes with them
• Clarifying customer requirements and making sure they are understood correctly internally
• Communicating order confirmations, ETAs, delays and changes
• Coordinating the communication around customer complaints
• Negotiating commercial complaint solutions within your approved authority
• Building and maintaining long term customer relationships
• Identifying sales opportunities as well as risks in customer accounts together with the Sales manager
• Recording customer commitments and follow-up actions

Sterisets International, based in Oss, is strengthening its team and is looking for a Customer Care
Specialist.

With more than 30 years of experience and operations in the Netherlands and Portugal, Sterisets develops and manufactures medical devices that are distributed to customers in more than 60 countries worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a professional who wants to be the daily link between our customers and our organization.

Role Overview

As Customer Care Specialist you are the first point of contact for our international customers. You handle their questions, keep them informed about their orders and make sure agreements are followed up. Working closely with our Sales Managers and other internal departments such as Planning and Production, you translate what you hear from customers into concrete actions inside the organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines service with structure: you help customers quickly, and you record what has been agreed so nothing gets lost.
