Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Hellendoorn, NL, is looking for a Cups & Lids and Internal Logistics Operator to manage incoming and outgoing materials, support production, and ensure safe, clean operations. You will operate automated cups & lids equipment, monitor material quality, perform basic SAP/scanner tasks, and help drive 5S practices.

Collaboration with production, logistics, and maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work accurately and independently, yet collaborate with others.

• Proactive with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Experience in logistics or production is a plus.
• Forklift/reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Interest in technology and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and move materials for production.
• Deliver materials to production and prepare pallets.
• Operate and monitor automated cups & lids equipment.
• Record material flows and perform basic administrative tasks (scanner/SAP).
• Check materials for quality and counts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workplace (5S).
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Participate in meetings and improvement initiatives (UMS).

Er is één plek in Europa waar een bak ijs alleen maar voller wordt in plaats van leger. Binnen de muren van de Ben & Jerry’s fabriek in Hellendoorn maken zo’n 150 medewerkers het lekkerste ijs van Europa. Vanuit Hellendoorn vinden alle ijsjes hun weg naar zo’n 25 landen in Europa. Al het Ben & Jerry’s-ijs op de Europese markt komt uit Hellendoorn. Hellendoorn is het middelpunt van dit grote proces. Alles draait om het maken van (h)eerlijk room- en plantaardig ijs met natuurlijke ingrediënten én veel aandacht voor milieu en samenleving. Zo is al het ijs van Ben & Jerry’s dat we produceren 100% Fairtrade en kijken we binnen de fabriek hoe we zo energieneutraal mogelijk kunnen produceren.

De Afdeling Logistiek Is Verantwoordelijk Voor Alle Ingaande, Uitgaande En Interne Transport En Magazijn Beheer. De Afdeling Logistiek Heeft Daaraan Kort Gezegd Vijf Kerntaken

• Het ontvangen van alle materialen om te kunnen produceren;
• Het aanbieden van deze materialen aan productie;
• Het palletiseren van het eindproduct;
• Het versturen van de pallets met eindproduct richting onze klanten;
• Het gescheiden afvoeren van alle afvalstromen.

Daarmee is de afdeling Logistiek een cruciale partner in de gehele logistieke keten. Voor de Logistieke afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Cups & Lids en Intern Logistiek Operator.

• Aanvoeren en afvoeren van Cups & Lids en andere verpakkingsmaterialen richting productie
• Bedienen en controleren van geautomatiseerde systemen zoals Cups & Lids installaties
• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen en afwijkingen
• Registreren van goederenstromen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige administratieve handelingen (scanner/SAP)
• Controleren van materialen op kwaliteit en aantallen
• Zorgdragen voor een veilige, schone en ordelijke werkomgeving (veratnwoordelijk voor 5S op de afdeling)
• Samenwerken met productie, logistiek en technische dienst bij afwijkingen
• Deelnemen aan werkoverleggen en verbeterinitiatieven (UMS)

DIT BRENG JE MEE ALS CUPS & LIDS EN INTERN LOGISTIEK OPERATOR

• MBO werk- en denkniveau (minimaal niveau 2/3)
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken én goed samenwerken
• Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig
• Je hebt een proactieve houding en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
• Ervaring met logistiek of productie is een pré
• Heftruck/reachtruck certificaat of bereid dit te halen
• Affiniteit met techniek en geautomatiseerde systemen
• Basiskennis van SAP of scanners is een pré
