Swissport Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic Culinary Lead to oversee the back-of-house operations in our Aspire, Star Alliance and oneworld Business Lounges at Schiphol. You will lead the back-of-house team during your shift, prepare and present hot and cold dishes to Aspire standards, and work with the Front of House team to ensure a continuous high-quality food and beverage offering.

Formación

• Experience in a professional or high-volume kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Organizational and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the Back of House team during your shift.
• Prepare and present hot and cold dishes to Aspire standards.
• Coordinate with Front of House to ensure continuous food & beverage availability.
• Monitor quality, freshness, presentation and stock.
• Ensure proper storage, preparation, packaging and handling of foods.
• Maintain temperature records and hygiene checks.
• Receive, check, store and rotate deliveries.
• Support inventory and orders.
• Ensure dishes and supplies are replenished on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe Back of House area.
• Follow waste separation and disposal procedures.
• Inform colleagues and guests about available offerings including dietary options.
• Adhere to Operations Manual and Food Safety Management System and HACCP rules.
