You will stay ahead of CTEM, Exposure Management, and AI-driven security practices, evaluate new technologies, challenge status quo, and drive improvements so Exposure Management becomes a mature, embedded capability.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of modern Exposure Management.
• Stays up-to-date and can quickly understand new technologies and trends.
• Has enough technical understanding to challenge solutions, without needing to be the technical expert on every implementation.
• Is comfortable working with both engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Takes ownership, cuts through complexity, and drives initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Good understanding of the cyber threat landscape, cyber threats and cyber risks.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities with Product Owner, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of CTEM, Exposure Management, and AI-driven security practices; evaluate emerging technologies and strengthen the bank's security posture.
• Take ownership, build relationships, and turn ideas into tangible results.
• Deliver momentum by turning strategy into execution to mature Exposure Management as an embedded capability.
