Vulnerability management is evolving from finding vulnerabilities to understanding and reducing real business exposure. We're looking for a Domain Expert - Exposure Management who likes to play a key role in this transformation. Do you like to work closely with the Product Owner, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders and help shape and deliver our Exposure Management capability? Are you able to combine deep technical understanding with a pragmatic mindset, turning strategy into working solutions and ensuring improvements are implemented across people, processes, and technology? And are you someone who understands modern security technologies, can challenge technical decisions, and most importantly: gets things done?

Your job

• Operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and business, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities and work closely with Product Owner, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• You are passionate about innovation and stay ahead of industry developments in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Exposure Management, and AI-driven security practices. You actively evaluate emerging technologies, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to further strengthen the bank's security posture.
• This role requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset. You take ownership, build strong relationships, and bring people together around a common vision. Whether defining strategy, refining requirements, or engaging with senior stakeholders, you know how to turn ideas into tangible results.
• Success in this role means creating momentum, turning strategy into execution, and ensuring that Exposure Management becomes a mature, embedded capability that demonstrably improves the bank's security posture.

Working environment

You will be part of the Security Assurance team within the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) of ABN AMRO in the Netherlands. Inside the team we work together in an informal way, and we provide a lot of variety and opportunities to keep developing yourself.
