Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Network Security Domain Expert to enhance and automate our security monitoring and API integration layers. You will lead automation projects and collaborate across international teams to strengthen the bank's security posture.

The role involves designing network security architectures, guiding security practices, and supporting firewall changes. A hands-on mentality and experience with Zero Trust and SASE models are important for success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with enterprise firewalling, including deployment, configuration and management.
• Proven experience with threat profiles, TLS inspection and virtual patching concepts.
• Knowledge of security architecture, with emphasis on Zero Trust and SASE models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review network security architectures and designs
• Provide consultancy on network security topics
• Provide operational support for firewall changes approvals
• Collaborate with platform and application engineering teams and share knowledge
• Conduct network security design reviews for internal projects
• Participate in automation efforts to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Leverage data analytics to derive insights and optimize automation processes
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver automation solutions
• Plan and refine the team’s product increments with the product owner
