Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You will deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through selecting premium and Swiss watch brands, and drive high-value sales with confidence and care.

You will also support events, presentations and promotions, maintain impeccable product presentation, and collaborate with the team to build guest relationships across voyages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Experience guiding customers through high-value or considered purchases.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A good level of physical fitness for on-board duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, understand their needs, and recommend pieces
• Introduce brands, explain features, and guide ownership imagination
• Support onboard events, promotions and lead generation
• Maintain product presentation, stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team
