Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a beauty expert to join our world-traveling onboard retail team. You will help guests find the perfect fragrance and cosmetics, host live events, and support makeup makeovers while rotating through diverse itineraries at sea.

You will build rapport quickly, guide customers to suitable purchases, and enjoy ongoing training in sales, brand knowledge, and product demonstrations. This role offers exciting travel and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in beauty and retail or sales in a customer-facing environment.
• Confident recommending products and understanding customer needs.
• Able to build rapport quickly and start conversations naturally.
• Willing to demonstrate products, support in-store events, or speak to small groups.
• Positive, team-focused mindset with adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
