You will help maintain continuity during absences and support day-to-day operational accuracy by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to adapt across functions to ensure smooth business operations and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or vendor/partner management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve errors independently.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities across functions.
• Strong communication across teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Support: Process purchase orders, track deliveries and manage returns/RMAs.
• Partner Operations Support: Manage vendor/distributor portal access, logins, and troubleshooting.
• Logistics Support: Assist with domestic and international shipment bookings, returns, and tracking.
• Error Resolution & Coverage: Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
