Techary Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to provide cross functional coverage across Procurement, Partner Operations, and Logistics.

The role ensures business continuity during sickness or leave and resolves issues quickly to maintain operational accuracy. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years' experience in procurement, logistics, or operations, strong problem solving, and excellent organisation and communication to support teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or vendor/partner management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve errors independently.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking ability to adapt across functions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase orders, track deliveries and manage returns/RMAs.
• Escalate and resolve procurement or delivery issues affecting business operations.
• Manage vendor/distributor portal access, logins, and troubleshooting.
• Track rebate submissions, deal registrations, and certification compliance.
• Support internal teams with partner program requirements, audits, and documentation.
• Assist with domestic and international shipment bookings, returns, and tracking.
• Provide coverage for warehouse tasks when required.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain handover notes and process documentation.
