Job summary

AddOptics in Rotterdam, NL, is seeking a capable professional to join as a core operator ensuring smooth business functions across finance, HR, legal, and operations. You’ll work closely with management, taking on ownership and progressively handling broader responsibilities as you grow.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, structured work, and the ability to coordinate with external partners, bookkeepers, and multiple internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business operations or related roles.
• Proactive and resourceful with solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership and follow-through on tasks.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Curious and able to learn on the go.

Responsibilities

• Support key business processes across finance, people, legal, and company operations
• Coordinate recruitment from screening through interviews and hiring
• Own day-to-day HR processes and coordinate employee requests
• Manage NDAs, signatures, and legal/documentation
• Keep financial administration complete and accurate across Moss and Exact Online
• Coordinate with bookkeeper, banks, authorities, agencies, and external partners
• Support monthly financial and shareholder reporting, invoicing, payments, and subsidy administration
• Manage team events, office matters, suppliers, and workspace improvements
• Take ownership of operational challenges and drive them to resolution
