OVAL is seeking a Creative Strategist (Belgium-Netherlands) to lead strategic challenges for clients in both countries and shape our agency's direction. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions to strengthen our strategic vision and approach.

You bring at least 5 years in a strategic role within marketing, communications, or branding, with deep expertise in experience-driven communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic role within marketing, communications, or branding.
• Strong understanding of experience-driven communication.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and strategic sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic challenges for clients in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Develop strategic-creative directions and content for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to deliver impactful Brand Experiences.
• Identify trends and insights from markets and audiences to inform strategies.
• Design and lead strategic sessions, workshops, co-creation sessions and presentations.
• Support business development with pitches and proactive proposals.
• Safeguard quality and consistency of our strategic and creative output across regions.
