Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and monitoring of corporate loans, syndicated facilities, mortgage products, and other lending transactions throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist with the review of credit agreements and transaction documentation for completeness and internal compliance.
• Learn how credit facilities are structured and how loan documentation translates into operational execution.
• Support the processing of loan utilizations, repayments, interest settlements, amendments, and rollovers in core banking systems.
• Assist with execution and administration of syndicated loans, trade finance facilities, structured finance, Islamic finance, and financial institution transactions.
• Support payment processing, reconciliations, and operational controls while ensuring timely execution of transactions.
• Monitor transaction milestones, outstanding conditions, and follow-up actions throughout the facility life.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders for accurate execution.
• Support investigations and resolution of operational exceptions and payment queries.
• Learn how regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements are applied within lending operations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
