Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Credit and Collection Specialist to join the Order to Cash team on a 1-year FTC. You will assess risk at onboarding and manage collections to protect cash flow while maintaining client relationships.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage ERP and collection tools, and strive for process improvements to support sustainable growth. The position is full-time at our Amsterdam office.

• Drive excellence by maintaining clear communication with client accounts regarding balances and payments.
• Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to resolve account queries and help the team succeed.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the collection process in your portfolio and as a team.

About this role

As our Order to Cash (OTC) Credit and Collection Specialist in the Global Finance Operations team, you will play a key role in keeping our business financially healthy while maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients. In this role, you will support account risk management by assessing client risk during onboarding and client journey, and actively managing collections to minimize overdue balances. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will bring a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, using teamwork to deliver efficiency, protect cash flow, and support sustainable growth.
