Job summary

GENUINE in Cologne is seeking a Creator Manager (m/f/d) to join the team. You will own creator strategy for key brands, building a strong creator network and turning TikTok trends into content that drives sales and campaigns.

As a native Dutch speaker with strong English, you will scout and develop creators, brief them clearly, and coach affiliate partners to create videos that perform and convert. You will collaborate with TikTok teams to stay ahead of updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or talent management with measurable results.
• Native-level Dutch and strong English for internal communication.
• Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce and creator content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own creator strategy for core brands and performance.
• Build and manage a creator network and long-term partnerships.
• Develop creators strategically and translate trends into formats that drive sales.
• Coach affiliate partners with hooks, trend insights and content feedback.
• Translate brand goals into clear, actionable briefs for creators.
• Liaise with TikTok teams and stay updated on algorithm changes to leverage new features.
