This full-time role offers a competitive gross salary of €2,600–€3,000 per month, plus holidays, holiday pay, meals on shift, training, pension, and travel contribution. Joining our team means collaborating closely with Head Chefs and delivering memorable culinary experiences for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Commis Chef or Sous Chef or similar.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Food Preparation - prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards while ensuring food safety.
• Station Management - oversee production and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control - maintain high quality and presentation.
• Team Collaboration - communicate with team and coach junior chefs.
• Menu Development - collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance - keep kitchen clean and equipment in good order.
