Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train and support a team.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking and critical reasoning.

• Available Monday–Friday, office hours; events evenings/weekends.
