Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role within a social or creative agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact social media campaigns
• Ability to develop high-craft, emotionally engaging social content
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and push teams to deliver impactful work

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of content creatives, ensuring high-quality output
• Oversee and shape content strategies aligned with client objectives
• Stay ahead of social and pop culture trends to create innovative content
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across platforms
