Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role within a social/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact social media campaigns.
• Ability to develop high-craft, emotionally engaging social content.
• Inspires, mentors and leads teams to deliver impactful work.
• Experience managing a team of creatives.
• Excellent grasp of social and pop culture trends.
• Ability to present ideas and secure client buy-in.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
