Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Creative Designer to support visual design and art direction across campaigns. You will craft static assets with strong typography, layout, and visual clarity, and produce light motion using After Effects for social content.

The role emphasizes collaboration with designers, motion teams, and other disciplines. You will contribute to styleframes and visual systems, stay curious about AI tools, and bring a strong portfolio showing visual design, static work, and some motion.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual or graphic design with interest in art direction.
• A social first mindset with awareness of social trends.
• Good visual judgement and confident in design discussions.
• Strong graphic design skills across layout, typography, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for light motion and animation.
• Experience using Adobe tools and Figma.
• Curiosity around AI tools and how they support design.
• A portfolio showing visual design, static work, and some motion.

As a Creative Designer, you support visual design and art direction across static and light motion work. You help bring concepts to life through strong graphic design and simple motion. You care about layout, typography, and visual clarity. You are curious, hands on, and keen to grow your design craft.

What You Bring
