Our clients include EasyJet, eBay, INEOS, Logitech, L’Oréal, Roblox, Walkers and Zalando.

As a Visual Designer, you will lead visual craft across both digital and physical touchpoints - from scalable brand systems and identity to art direction and technical production for print & digital. You bring strong creative direction thinking and high-level execution together to shape concepts from early thinking to final output. You care about story, framing, brand consistency, and asset execution. You push ideas forward while actively involved in the hands‑on work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Shape the visual direction of projects from concept to delivery through hands‑on art direction and creative framing.

  • Build, adapt, and expand scalable brand systems and identity guidelines that work seamlessly across diverse channels and client portfolios.

  • Design high‑impact pitch presentation decks that translate complex creative strategies into compelling visual narratives.

  • Collaborate with the motion team on storyboards - awareness of motion workflow is a plus.

  • Manage technical production for print & digital, taking creative ideas from initial styleframes through to flawless final file delivery across multi-platform formats.

  • Develop strong creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and other disciplines to keep work aligned with the original creative intent.

  • Interest around AI tools and in learning how they can support creative work

  • Stay curious of new tools, references, and production techniques across print and digital.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Art direction experience showing how you craft the visual story, framing, and narrative direction of a project from concept to pitch.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining scalable brand systems and identity for large-scale campaigns or growing brands.

  • Proven talent for deck design, with a knack for structuring visual stories, pitch decks, and client presentations that win work.

  • Strong proficiency in technical production for print & digital, with high attention to detail around file preparation, specs, color management, and production workflows.

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • A strong portfolio showing concept, craft, brand systems and production quality.

WE OFFER:

  • A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).

  • An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies
