Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our menu, recipes, and quality standards.
• Ensuring all dishes are presented consistently and to a high standard before service.
• Assisting with the preparation and mise en place for lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met and adhered to.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Contributing ideas for menu development and continuously improving the guest dining experience.
