Amstel Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our renowned kitchen team in Amsterdam. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensure ingredient freshness and proper storage, and uphold hygiene and HACCP standards while contributing to a collaborative, dynamic kitchen environment.

• Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity.
• Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists.
• Guide and develop trainees and apprentices.
• Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
