Estée Lauder Companies Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors, driving client satisfaction and sales targets.

You will be responsible for creating an agile counter business plan, recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.

As one of our experienced and inspirational Counter Managers, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of beauty advisors. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own counter. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

• Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty
• A background as an esthetician is definitely a plus
• Must have: Passionate about skin care and up to date with the latest beauty trends
• Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high performing creative sales team
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events
• Languages: Dutch and English

• Bewezen leiderschaps-, coaching- en business management vaardigheden, opgedaan in een “fast-paced” omgeving bij voorkeur in de beauty sector
