Join the team in Tholen and help turn complex client demands into smart, competitive proposals.
As a Cost Proposal Engineer, you're the vital link between client demands and feasible solutions. You gather technical and commercial input, calculate realistic cost prices, and prepare proposals that are both accurate and persuasive. You’ll also support variations during project execution and continuously improve the way we work. Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing project data and translating it into cost-effective proposals;
- Collaborating with Engineering to select the right construction solutions;
- Requesting quotations and pricing from Procurement;
- Compiling full bid packages and supporting contract variation calculations;
- Coordinating with Sales and communicating with clients when needed;
- Maintaining standard templates and calculation tools;
- Contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes.
- A technical bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering;
- Experience with cost estimation, proposals or tenders in a technical/project environment;
- A structured, detail-oriented, and cost-conscious mindset;
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude;
- Fluency in both Dutch and English;
- Residence near Tholen and access to your own transport.
