Job summary

Novicum seeks a driven Cosmetic Doctor to help launch its Clinical Collaboration Center in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will lead cosmetic injectable treatments and contribute to training events for physicians worldwide.

This role combines clinical practice with clinic development and external collaboration. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years’ relevant experience, a medical degree, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and operations.

Job description

For a brand new and state of the art Cosmetic Clinic we are looking for a driven and energetic Cosmetic Doctor with an entrepreneurial mindset.

This new clinic will be a Clinical Collaboration Center. On the one hand, an accessible aesthetic clinic for patients; on the other, a training and education clinic for cosmetic physicians and doctors worldwide.

This Clinical Collaboration Center (CCC) will be the first one of its kind within the TSK Laboratory Global Group and we are looking for a Cosmetic Doctor who will be responsible for cosmetic treatments and delivering cosmetic training events. The CCC is expected to open in January 2027 and this position will still play an active role in completing the final set-up towards the opening.

This person will work together with TSK Europe's Clinic Manager and Managing Director.

Key responsibilities are:

• Performing cosmetic procedures (injectables) on patients.
• Ensuring the clinic adheres to state and federal regulations and healthcare best practices.
• Handling administrative duties, maintaining patient records, and communicating with external partners and vendors.
• Patient service management: communication with patients during all treatment phases (before/during/afterwards treatment).Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure high standards of patient service.
• Execution of training and collaboration events: Work with the internal team and global Key Opinion Leaders to train and educate them.
• Promote the clinic.

The ideal candidate will bring:

The Clinical Collaboration Center will be part of TSK Laboratory Europe B.V. (TSKEU), which is part of TSK Laboratory Global Group, a global company with offices worldwide and a strong manufacturing base in Japan. The Global Group has three factories in Japan that are specialized in producing specialty needles for the medical, dental, ophthalmology and aesthetic markets. The company is known for its high-quality needles and has a well-established brand name.

We strive for complete vertical integration in the markets that we operate in and beside a strong manufacturing base, we have a global network of companies that is focused on business development, collaboration with pharma companies and direct sales to doctors. To further expand on this success, TSKEU is opening its first Clinical Collaboration Center next year in the Eindhoven area, the Netherlands.

The Clinical Collaboration Center will operate as a high-end aesthetic clinic that will have limited opening hours to the public. The Center will furthermore be used as a training center, a center to display new innovations and a place for companies and doctors to exchange ideas . The goal is to provide the best patient care and to have global trainers (KOL’s) educate and train medical professionals. The main focus will be on aesthetic injectables, but we would also like this center to have a training function for other markets in the future.
