Job summary

Novicum seeks a driven Cosmetic Doctor to help launch its Clinical Collaboration Center in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will lead cosmetic injectable treatments and contribute to training events for physicians worldwide.

This role combines clinical practice with clinic development and external collaboration. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years’ relevant experience, a medical degree, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic cosmetic injectables surgery.
• Registered Medical Doctor.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic procedures (injectables) on patients.
• Ensure the clinic adheres to regulations and best practices.
• Handle administrative duties, maintain patient records, and communicate with partners and vendors.
• Manage patient service across treatment phases and coordinate care plans.
• Execute training and collaboration events with global leaders to educate professionals.
• Promote the clinic to attract patients and partners.
