CM.com in Breda is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding and employer branding. You’ll partner with Dennis in a compact team, bringing your own structure, judgement, and pace.

The role emphasizes shaping recruitment processes, driving initiatives, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience across the globe while embracing AI-driven changes in the way we hire.

The Role

This is not a traditional Corporate Recruitment role. At CM.com, recruitment touches everything related to attracting talent: from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding and employer branding, campus recruitment, event management and recruitment automation (AI).

You’ll work directly with Dennis (Corporate Recruiter) in a compact team with a lot of ownership. There’s plenty of room to make it your own. You bring your own structure, judgement, and pace. Communication is direct, decisions are made quickly, and you’ll have a short line to leadership. If you thrive in an environment where you can shape things rather than just execute them, this is the right place.

Beyond the day-to-day, there’s plenty of room to own projects. Think creative referral programs, organizing the CM Recruitment Event, process optimization and automations, and delivering recruitment trainings. A structured, analytical profile with strong project management skills is a real asset here.

Recruitment is changing rapidly, and so is CM.com. Our current strategy centers on three critical roles for the future:

• AI-native Software Engineers working with AI coding agents

In addition, you ensure that urgent hiring needs across the business are filled quickly and effectively. Ranging from Product Managers and Finance roles to HR colleagues and even operational roles like chefs for our in-house Bistro team. You’ll do this not only for our headquarters, but for teams across the globe.

Who you are

• Experience and a strong passion for recruitment
• A natural curiosity about people and what drives them, combined with fair, objective hiring
• The ability to collaborate across teams, including HR, leadership and hiring managers throughout the organization globally
• A strong drive to continuously improve yourself, while actively sharing knowledge with others
• A genuine interest in how AI is transforming work and organizations
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with project management and process optimization is a strong plus
