Job summary

CM.com offers graduation internships starting in February 2027 at our HQ in Breda. You will work alongside a diverse HR department, covering Learning & Development, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll and HR Business Partners.

The role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines and exciting people projects that impact the whole organisation. We are seeking HRM students who are fluent in English and Dutch, available from February 2027 for at least 20 weeks, and located within

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (HRM).
• Preferably a 2nd or 3rd year internship student.

Responsibilities

• Support operational HR tasks on a day-to-day basis.
• Contribute to people projects impacting colleagues across the organisation.
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines and processes.

Who you are

Studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree

Preferably a student looking for a 2nd or 3rd year internship

Available per February 2027 for a minimum of 20 weeks

Fluent in English and Dutch

Located in travel distance from our office in Breda
