Job summary

European Space Agency (ESA) seeks a Corporate Content Officer to lead high-impact corporate messaging across ESA channels. The role focuses on aligning DG-C communications with directorates to ensure a unified agency voice and strategic storytelling across missions and milestones.

You will manage lines of take, curate cross-directorate narratives, and oversee a centralized Corporate Assets hub, while collaborating with Communication Programme Officers to maximize visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant domain is required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and timely delivery of high-impact corporate messaging across internal and external ESA channels.
• Lead creation of Lines to Take (LTT) and core narratives for a unified corporate voice.
• Synthesize cross-directorate narratives aligned with ESA priorities and maintain a master view of upcoming news and events.
• Oversee the Corporate Assets hub with harmonized narratives and messaging assets.
• Support the Head of Office in coordinating the Communication Planning Board and facilitate cross-departmental storytelling opportunities.
