Job summary

HE Space is seeking a skilled Learning & Content Specialist to support the PM&C Academy digital dimension near Noordwijk. The role focuses on producing and maintaining digital learning assets, recording sessions, and integrating content into ESA platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Masters in Education, 4+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, and excellent English communication. French or other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Masters in Education or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum development, and the design and implementation of professional learning programmes and academy frameworks.
• Experience in the design, development and implementation of project management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the digital dimension of the PM&C Academy through producing, maintaining and disseminating digital learning assets.
• Record training sessions and prepare online learning resources and their integration into ESA learning environments.
• Produce high-quality digital learning material, including recorded lectures, video tutorials, and demonstrations.
• Support multimedia content, e-learning content, and quality assurance activities.
• Apply standards, formats and branding across all Academy digital assets.

As part of the team you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the digital dimension of the PM&C Academy through the production, maintenance and dissemination of digital learning assets;
• Support the recording and production of digital training material, the preparation of online learning resources, and the integration of digital content into ESA learning environments and communication channels;
• Support the production and maintenance of digital learning assets associated with the Academy training programmes;
• Record training sessions and other Academy events, as required by ESA;
• Produce high-quality digital learning material, including: Recorded lectures; Video tutorials; Learning demonstrations;
• Supporting multimedia content; e-Learning content;
• Perform editing, post-production and quality assurance activities;
• Apply common standards, formats and branding guidelines across all Academy digital assets;
• Prepare learning content for integration into the Project Management Platform (PMP) and other ESA learning environments;
• Support the publication, maintenance and periodic update of digital learning material;
• Support the development of reusable digital content that can be used across multiple Academy deployment waves;
• Maintain a catalogue of digital learning assets and associated metadata to facilitate content management and reuse.
