Job summary

GloPros seeks an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead our global internal communications ecosystem, including the transformation of the global SharePoint intranet and the governance of channels like Viva Engage and mass emails.

You will collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and business functions to strengthen employee engagement, drive adoption, and support core priorities through compelling content and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, digital communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading intranet, SharePoint, digital workplace, or employee communication platform projects in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of communication channel strategy, governance models, information architecture, content management, and employee engagement principles.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, mass email solutions, or similar digital workplace tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and external partners.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging communication.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity awareness communications or behaviour-change communications is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data, insights, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously improve internal communications ecosystem globally with governance, standards, and employee experience.
  • Lead end-to-end transformation, governance, and continuous improvement of global SharePoint intranet, from information architecture and content strategy through adoption and measurement.
  • Own and optimize key communication channels, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, and mass email platforms, while developing engaging content and campaigns that bring strategy, culture, and values to life.
  • Partner with IT and Cybersecurity teams to develop awareness campaigns, behavioural change initiatives, and communication plans that strengthen cyber resilience across the organization.
  • Act as a centre of expertise for internal communications, providing governance frameworks, training, guidance, and best practices to colleagues across functions and markets.
  • Lead communication projects and coordinate stakeholders, agencies, and platform owners to deliver measurable business impact.

Job description

Purpose of the Position

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our client's Group Communications team.

In this role, you will own and continuously improve our client's internal communications ecosystem, ensuring employees around the world can easily access information, stay connected with the business, and engage with company news through a modern and effective digital experience.

A key priority will be leading the transformation and relaunch of global intranet (SharePoint), while also driving the strategy, governance, and effectiveness of internal communication channels including Viva Engage, mass email communications, and future employee engagement platforms. You will work closely with colleagues across Communications, IT, Cybersecurity, and business functions to strengthen employee engagement, drive adoption, and support business priorities through effective communication.

In addition, you will lead cybersecurity communications and awareness initiatives while contributing to our broader corporate communications strategy. Reporting to the Group Communications Director, this role combines strategic thinking, project leadership, stakeholder management, and strong content development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy & Governance.

Define and continuously improve internal communications ecosystem, ensuring the right channels, governance, standards, and employee experience are in place globally.

SharePoint Intranet Ownership.

Lead the end-to-end transformation, governance, and continuous improvement of global SharePoint intranet, from information architecture and content strategy through adoption and measurement.

Channel Management & Employee Engagement.

Own and optimize key communication channels, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, and mass email platforms, while developing engaging content and campaigns that bring strategy, culture, and values to life.

Cybersecurity Communications & Awareness.

Partner with IT and Cybersecurity teams to develop awareness campaigns, behavioural change initiatives, and communication plans that strengthen cyber resilience across the organization.

Capability Building & Best Practices.

What you bring
