Job summary

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with Dutch language skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support in creating content for JDE Peet’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Support development and execution of internal communication campaigns
  • Assist in crafting executive communications (briefing documents, talking points, messaging)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to produce content

Job Description

JDE Peet’s is looking for a motivated and creative Corporate Communications & Content Intern to support our internal and external communication activities in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build hands‑on experience in content creation, social media, internal communications and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading FMCG organisation.

As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will:

  • Support in creating content for JDE Peet's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in crafting executive communications, including briefing documents, talking points and messaging frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to produce compelling visual and written content
  • Monitor and analyse communication performance metrics to optimise engagement and reach

Skills & competences

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram (including current trends, content formats, and audience expectations)
  • Solid content creation skills, from idea development to visual and video execution with the support of agencies
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentation development; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) required
  • Ability to create clear and engaging written content for diverse audiences
  • Comfort with administrative tasks and basic project management, including coordination, follow‑ups, and organisation workflows
  • Passion and affinity for communication, storytelling and brand narratives
  • Flexibility, a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) / Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across international stakeholders

Educational background
