Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Contract Manager to provide contract management support for complex projects. You will manage main contracts, expedite deliverables, monitor compliance, and maintain auditability across the project team.

The role requires 5–10 years in contract management, experience with EPCI or subcontracting, and strong negotiation skills. Degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of contract management experience including EPCI and subcontract management.
• Broad experience with sales and lease contracts and contract negotiation.
• Experience interfacing with project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• You will manage Main Contracts and related deliverables.
• You will monitor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• You will maintain auditability and regular commercial reporting.
• You will provide contract feedback during the project life cycle.
• You will manage guarantees and related periods.
