Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an Associate Paralegal / Contract Specialist to join our Global Legal team in Amsterdam. You will support Legal Operations with a focus on construction and power projects, handling contract review, governance, and documentation across the lifecycle.

The role requires foundational legal training and hands-on experience with contracts, compliance, and project documentation, plus familiarity with CLM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal support role within construction or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (AIA, EPC) and energy-related agreements.
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CLM systems and MS Office; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and contract support across lifecycle for construction and power engagements.
• Review, redline, and format contracts, subcontracts, and project correspondence.
• Support contract governance, intake, approvals, execution, and documentation.
• Identify key terms, deviations, and risks; escalate to senior legal as needed.
• Maintain contract records and templates; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support CLM systems usage, tracking status, dates, and obligations.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, engineering, and finance on requests.
• Liaise with business units on standard terms and process guidance.
• Assist in improving templates and forms to boost efficiency.
• Support regulatory filings, permitting, and compliance tracking for projects.
• Monitor deadlines and milestones to ensure timely execution.
