Job summary

Biscuit International Netherlands is seeking a Purchase Contract Administration Officer to manage contracts, supplier data, and pricing within our ERP environment.

You will collaborate with colleagues in procurement, supply chain, and finance to ensure accurate records and a smooth purchasing process across our global production network.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 or HBO level in administration, business economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in an administrative role, preferably in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail with data, contracts, and pricing information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP or AFAS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Register, manage, and archive procurement contracts for raw materials and packaging.
• Maintain purchasing prices, supplier information, and delivery conditions in the ERP system.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and signal upcoming renewals.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contractual agreements; resolve discrepancies.
• Contact suppliers to obtain required documentation and answer administrative inquiries.

Are you accurate, administratively strong, and interested in procurement processes? As a Purchase Contract Administration Officer, you ensure that contracts, supplier data, and pricing agreements are correctly maintained and available in our systems. At Biscuit International, you work closely with colleagues from procurement, supply chain, and finance to support a smooth and efficient purchasing process. Using ERP systems and data management tools, you help maintain reliable information that enables production and supply chain teams to perform at their best.

What will you do?

• You register, manage, and archive procurement contracts for raw materials and packaging materials.
• You maintain purchasing prices, supplier information, and delivery conditions within the ERP system.
• You monitor contract expiration dates and proactively signal upcoming renewals.
• You verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contractual agreements and resolve discrepancies.
• You contact suppliers to obtain required documentation and answer administrative inquiries.

What do you bring?

• You have an MBO-4 or HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in administration, business economics, or a related field.
• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with data, contracts, and pricing information.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AFAS is an advantage.
• You are proactive, organized, able to work independently, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €3,092 and €4,459 based on 36 hours per week.
• 180 hours of annual leave per year based on full-time employment.
• Employment conditions in accordance with the Dutch Confectionery Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Zoetwarenindustrie).
