Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in the Netherlands is seeking a highly experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to accelerate operational excellence across our European Distribution Centre. You will lead end-to-end process redesigns using Lean Six Sigma, drive productivity and cost improvements, and partner with site leadership to advance our productivity agenda.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 8–12 years of CI, logistics or distribution experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or process improvement roles within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process redesigns to eliminate waste and improve productivity, flow, quality, service and cost.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable improvements.
• Identify structural opportunities to improve labour productivity, throughput, capacity and material flow.
• Build and manage a prioritized CI roadmap, delivering measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean thinking and problem solving to build CI capability.
