Job summary

Kapten & Son is seeking a motivated student to join our Amsterdam team to create content that brings our brand to life. You will develop organic content for social channels, assist in paid ads content, and support influencer collaborations while contributing to UGC campaigns and on-site events.

The role offers hands-on experience across marketing channels, with a focus on collaboration, creativity and structured work habits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies or a comparable field.
• First work experience of less than one year, ideally in marketing, content or social media.
• First experience producing organic content and/or paid ads content.
• Interest in influencer and UGC campaigns, plus enthusiasm for event work.
• A communicative, empathetic, creative and structured way of working.
• Proficient Dutch and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce organic content for our social channels and contribute to the content plan.
• Create paid ads content to support reach and engagement.
• Support influencer campaigns from preparation through execution.
• Help shape user-generated content campaigns for the brand.
• Co-organize events and help make the brand tangible on site.
