Job summary

WijnSpijs is seeking a Marketing & Content Intern to support our Dutch market in Haarlem with a hybrid office setup. You will work from week one using our briefs, templates and guidelines to source, contact and publish restaurant content.

You will mainly operate in Dutch, with strong English, and you will upload, label and track assets in Notion and Google Drive to assist editors and the Marketing Lead on events and social posts.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and strong English, written and spoken.
• Enrolled in a relevant study, and available full time for at least four months.
• Organised and accurate, with several requests and deadlines running at once.
• Comfortable writing to restaurants and creators and asking when something falls outside the guidelines.
• At home on social platforms, and comfortable with Google Drive and simple spreadsheets.
• Available for selected Sunday events, planned in advance.

Responsibilities

• Research restaurants, creators, photographers and videographers, and build shortlists against team criteria.
• Contact them, ask for footage, and follow up until it arrives.
• Attend events, film dishes, pairings, guest moments and the walk between restaurants to a brief.
• Upload, name and label everything in Notion and Google Drive for editors.
• Watch restaurant partners' posts, respond where it makes sense, and flag items for marketing.
• Prepare approved posts for scheduling, with captions, tags, links and locations, and verify postings.
