Job summary

GoodHabitz is seeking a Content Operator to execute and improve content production workflows for learning and product content across multiple languages and markets. You will work hands-on in content production, localisation and publishing while proposing scalable improvements through AI and smarter workflows.

The role combines execution with process enhancement, coordinating with Studios, Product and localisation partners to keep releases on track and maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• Some experience in operations, content management, localisation or digital production.
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or structured datasets.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and project tools (Jira, Airtable, Notion or similar).
• Experience with localisation platforms (Crowdin, Lokalise, Smartling) or workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) is a plus.
• Strong digital literacy and quick on-boarding to new systems.

• Run content operations and execute workflows for learning and product content across multiple libraries and languages.
• Prepare, organise and publish content on time and to standard across environments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive work through AI, tooling and smarter workflows.
