Job summary

Springer Nature Dordrecht is seeking a Research Integrity Content Coordinator to develop and maintain free online training resources for editors, reviewers, authors and colleagues. The role is hybrid in Dordrecht, connecting with multiple teams to ensure content quality and accessibility.

You will oversee content updates, review existing courses, analyze data, and promote research integrity across campaigns and events in a global publishing environment.

Qualifications

• Essential Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate 360), Canva and CMS.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong language and written skills with a passion for writing digestible content.
• Solution-oriented with strong critical thinking capabilities for complex problems.
• Detail and quality-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Desirable master’s or PhD qualifications.
• Prior experience in data analysis.
• Experience in editorial roles or with research integrity.
• Public speaking interest or experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training manager and stakeholders to develop resources and update courses.
• Upload revised and new courses to LMS, test and release with cross-team communication.
• Review existing content for integrity, updating for policy, accessibility, and DEI.
• Increase visibility of training content with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data analytics to prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Work with Marketing and Editorial Engagement to feature integrity content in campaigns.
