Job summary

Picnic is seeking a detail-oriented, digitally savvy working student to join our Customer Acquisition team. You will help optimize and maintain our consumer website, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and ready to go live.

You’ll collaborate with writers, designers and developers to configure polished web pages and implement updates. You’ll also support SEO initiatives, perform regular quality checks, and help keep content up to date across pages and campaigns.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, or business.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of web best practices and SEO.
Proactive, can-do attitude; able to manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English; Dutch or German required; French a plus.
Experience with WordPress is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or Figma is a plus.
Available 16–20 hours per week for a year.

Responsibilities

Help optimize and maintain Picnic's consumer website, ensuring accuracy and on-brand content.
Configure content into polished web pages and prepare for live deployment.
Keep website up to date by coordinating with teams on page updates and requests.
Assist SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and traffic.
Ensure page quality through QA checks (links, formatting, content).
