Job summary

Picnic Technologies is looking for a Commercial Working Student to support the Commercial team in shaping our product assortment and delivering customer value.

You'll collaborate with category managers, suppliers and creatives, analyze assortment strategies, support product tastings and sourcing, and help identify new international opportunities, all while learning by doing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Last year of your Bachelor (HBO/WO) or Master (WO).
• Education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Available a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Exposure: collaborate with category managers, suppliers, buyers and creatives.
• Assortment Analysis: support data-driven assortment strategies tailored to customers.
• Product Development Support: assist tastings and sourcing efforts for top-quality items at best prices.
• International Sourcing: work with international partners to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Hands-On Experience: gain practical experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
