Sia Partners is seeking a Consultant in Financial Services in Amsterdam. You will build relationships, deliver results, and quickly take on responsibility to support your personal growth. You will work on projects across strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, and operational excellence.

You will also contribute to internal activities like developing our offerings and supporting business development within an international, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 0–2 years of consultancy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank, insurance or pension sector.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset, able to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to rapidly build expertise.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (speaking and presenting).

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• You have 0 to 2 years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the bank, insurance or pension sector.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
