Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Civil Site Supervisor (Uitvoerder Civiel) to join a major infrastructure and urban development program across the Netherlands. This is a 12-month ZZP contract with ASAP start.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to project stakeholders on a regular basis. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
• Experience in infrastructure, tunnels, utilities, or public realm projects; able to manage subcontractors.

The Project

Immediate experienced Civil Site Supervisor (Uitvoerder Civiel) needed to join a major infrastructure and urban development project. The project involves the construction of major tunnelling and infrastructure projects throughout the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce HSE regulations.
• Identify and report project risks, delays, and variations.
• Attend progress meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBO or HBO qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Site Supervisor (Uitvoerder).
• Strong background in infrastructure, tunnels, utilities, or public realm projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• VCA VOL certification preferred.
• Fluent Dutch and/or English communication skills.
• Eligible to work on a ZZP basis in the Netherlands.
