Job summary

Haldu Groep in Rotterdam is seeking a qualified and experienced Concrete Carpenter to join a long-term distribution station project. You will build and install concrete foundations, walls and floors according to plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

You will read drawings, work with reinforcement, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with on-site duties and Dutch standards accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete work in industrial or commercial construction.
• Thorough knowledge of working with concrete forms, reinforcement, and pouring techniques.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documentation.
• A safety-conscious attitude and compliance with legal and workplace regulations.
• A valid VCA certificate.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Information about the position

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Concrete Carpenter to take part in the construction of a distribution station, responsible for building and installing concrete elements according to plans and technical specifications.

As a Concrete Carpenter, you will be responsible for:

• Constructing and installing concrete structures for distribution stations, including foundations, walls, floors, and other concrete components.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the construction process.
• Preparing and pouring concrete, including the use of molds and reinforcement.
• Collaborating with engineers, team leaders, and other professionals to complete the project on time and according to requirements.

What Haldu Groep offers you:

• Salary up to € 700 per week – maximum rate, amount after deduction of health insurance contributions. The maximum rate applies provided that the following conditions are met: minimum 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, VCA certificate if required, and own means of transport.
