Hilti Nederland BV is seeking a strategic leader to guide the design and execution of its construction software landscape for Large Projects. You will drive an integrated digital environment, enabling efficient collaboration and measurable business impact across Engineering Services and Prefabrication.

As Product Owner, you will translate roadmaps into epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and partner with engineering and management to deliver impactful solutions that improve productivity,

Competenze

• Master's degree in systems or software engineering, construction management, computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience integrating software in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project management; experience delivering digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate topics into executable roadmaps.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders in international teams.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management to understand workflows and software requirements.
• Evaluate current tool landscape and end-to-end process flows to identify gaps with stakeholders.
• Shape the solution and tool landscape for Engineering Services and Prefab within Large Projects.
• Develop an integration roadmap aligned with digital transformation and business priorities.
• Lead implementation and adoption of selected solutions across the organization and with customers.
• Enable data-driven processes to improve customer productivity, safety, and sustainability.
• Own the Product Owner backlog, translate specs into epics and user stories, support delivery.
