Hilti Nederland seeks a seasoned Planning and Project Standards professional to shape global standards and enable successful Large Project Execution across the construction workflow. You will drive initiation, piloting, rollout, and post-rollout support for end-to-end solutions in collaboration with Logistics, IT, and regional units.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
• A recognized project management certification, such as PMP.
• A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence within the construction industry
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve global processes, standards, procedures, frameworks, and governance structures
• Strong analytical experience in assessing end-to-end workflows, identifying bottlenecks and root causes, and translating data and operational insights into practical, measurable improvements
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, KPI definition and analysis, performance measurement, and business case development
• Experience in developing and delivering training and capability-building programs, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to translate hands-on project experience into scalable concepts, standards, and ways of working that shape project execution across the organization.

Mansioni

• Shape processes and strategic initiatives in the development, piloting, implementation and rollout of new global standards, processes and the system landscape for Large Project Execution
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting, training and further developing established global standards and best practices
• Collaborate across functions and geographies, working closely with Logistics areas to develop seamless end-to-end business solutions
• Drive internal benchmarking and best-practice sharing, supporting regional line managers in adopting global best practices
• Act as a trusted business partner and global Logistics contact within Large Project Execution supporting regions in solving operational challenges
• Support LEAN initiatives, including Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping, contributing to cross-functional improvement projects
• Develop and deliver training and capability-building programs
